Prepayment or net 15 days (approval of Credit application required). All merchandise is priced F.O.B. Berne, Switzerland. Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice except when protected by written contractual agreement.
All shipments are billed at prices prevailing as of date of original order.

For the first six months, new international customers will be required to pay by one of the following methods:

--> Prepaid wire transfer for full amount of the order
--> Standard Letter of Credit

After six month history has been established and the credit application has been reviewed, credit will be established based on the purchase history. If your account becomes past due, it will placed on "credit hold" and will go back to prepaid status.

All Rothacher Medical products are warranted 12 month (used medical & refurbished equipment 6 month) against defects found in material and/or workmanship for the useful life of the products when used in accordance with generally accepted medical practices and/or in accordance with instructions from Rothacher Medical. Alteration to, misuse of, or failure to maintain pursuant with directions from Rothacher Medical, of any products shall void this warranty.

Extreme care is exercised in packaging our shipments. Please notify us within 10 days of any damage or orders shipped incorrectly.

No Merchandise is returnable without company authorization. Please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number.
